1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture through Google or GitHub OAuth. We do not store passwords.

Feedback Data

When visitors submit feedback through the widget or public board, we collect: feedback title, description, type, and optionally name and email address.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage data including page views and feature usage to improve the Service. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate FeedMission:

Supabase (Authentication & Database)

Stores account and project data. Hosted in AWS ap-northeast-2 (Seoul).

Anthropic Claude (AI Processing)

Processes feedback for sentiment analysis, clustering titles, and content generation. Feedback text is sent to Anthropic's API.

Voyage AI (Embeddings)

Converts feedback text into vector embeddings for similarity search. Feedback text is sent to Voyage AI's API.

Resend (Email)

Sends changelog notification emails to feedback voters.

Vercel (Hosting)

Hosts the application and serves the feedback widget.

LemonSqueezy (Payments)

Processes subscription payments. We do not store credit card information.

4. Feedback Widget

The FeedMission widget is a JavaScript file loaded from our servers (feedmission.com/widget.js). When embedded on your website, it:

  • Displays a floating feedback button
  • Collects feedback submitted by visitors
  • Sends feedback data to FeedMission servers via HTTPS
  • Does not track visitors, set cookies, or collect browsing data

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete a project, all associated feedback, clusters, roadmap items, and changelogs are permanently deleted. When you delete your account, all data is removed within 30 days.

6. Email Privacy

Email addresses collected through feedback and voting are masked in the dashboard (e.g., jo**@example.com) and are never exposed in API responses. Emails are only used to send changelog notification emails that the voter opted into.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication (OAuth 2.0), HMAC-verified webhooks, and parameterized database queries. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
