Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FeedMission ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FeedMission is a SaaS platform that collects user feedback via embeddable widgets, automatically clusters feedback using AI, and provides roadmap, changelog, survey, and notification features.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of feedback and content you submit. By using the Service, you grant FeedMission a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit spam, abusive, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

• Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to higher-tier features until then.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your plan reverts to the Free tier once the paid period expires.
• When a downgrade or cancellation removes access to plan-exclusive features (e.g., surveys), any active instances of those features are automatically closed at the time the plan change takes effect. Previously collected data (e.g., survey responses) is retained.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. AI Processing

FeedMission uses third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, Voyage AI) to process feedback and survey data. By using the Service, you consent to your content being processed by these services for the purposes of clustering, sentiment analysis, survey result summarization, and content generation.

8. Surveys

Survey features are available on applicable paid plans. When you create a survey, you are responsible for the content of your questions and for complying with applicable laws regarding data collection from respondents. Survey responses are stored on our servers and accessible to the project owner and authorized team members. Respondents may optionally provide their email address; this information is visible only to the project team and is not shared with third parties.

9. Widget & Embeds

The FeedMission widget loads a JavaScript file from our servers onto your website. You are responsible for informing your website visitors about the widget's presence and data collection in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FeedMission shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
